"I had a phone conversation with Jessica today about my auto insurance policy refund. Even though my auto policy was actually not with this office. She was very kind and helpful to explain to me regarding the policy. She told me that my policy is actually with Timothy office in Greenville NC and she doesn’t have the access to another office to look into it. But based on her knowledge and experience, she actually explain to me very well about how the refund work.
(I talk to the Manager in Timothy office Greenville NC named Mackenzie, she is really mean and unprofessional. That is the reason I have to call another office to help me. And I’m happy and thanks god that I do not have any policy ongoing with Timothy office anymore. )
Conclusion, if you guys need any insurance please look for Jessica at Cory Kennedy office in Greenville NC."

"I had such a wonderful experience with Jessica at State Farm today that I felt compelled to leave a review. I was having a difficult time getting my Drive Safe & Save beacon set up and was getting extremely frustrated trying to figure it out on my own. I finally called the office, and Jessica was absolutely amazing.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Instead of rushing through the call, she took the time to walk me through the setup step-by-step and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. She stayed with me until we had everything set up correctly and made sure I was completely taken care of before ending the call.
Customer service like this is rare these days. Jessica genuinely went above and beyond, and I wish every business I called had someone on the other end of the phone who was as helpful, patient, and pleasant as she was.
State Farm, you have a wonderful employee in Jessica! She deserves to be recognized for the way she treated a frustrated customer and turned the entire experience around. Thank you, Jessica, for being so kind and taking the time to help me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
