"I went in office this afternoon to pay my car insurance to avoid that annoying few day of processing payment and Sam was so helpful and so nice and kind to me and I will now be going into the office to continue to pay my monthly car insurance, the atmosphere of the building was great and the customer service was a 10!"

"I grew up on State Farm Insurance and when I got married my husband and I started our homeowners and vehicle insurance with State Farm insurance in Georgia. Had our first child and took out a life insurance policy with State Farm. Moved to NC and transferred all of our insurance with State Farm to NC. After being with State Farm for over 30 years our insurance more than tripled not because of tickets or claims; we had neither. So I shopped around. Fast forward to last month. It was suggested by a friend to give Samantha Hugel a call and get her agent to quote our insurance. Samantha took all of our information and gave the information to Seth to review and they have saved us almost $150 a month between automobile and home insurance. We could not be happier!!!"

"Today, August 13th, '25 I was desperately in need of auto and home insurance at a price that I could afford. My finances had changed so drastically when my husband suddenly passed away. Leaving me with surviving on a disability check. After searching for weeks for an affordable policy, somehow I stumbled upon a phone number so maybe I could actually talk to a real person. The most pleasant male voice answers and actually listens to me while I explained my situation. Not only did Mr. Garrett Brooks listen attentively, he sincerely offered to do everything he could to help me as much as he possibly could. He took into consideration what plans were best for me at a price that I could afford.He was so easy to work with and explained it all so that I understood what my options were so I could make the best decision for myself. Garrett made the entire experience simple. I really wish I could encourage other people on disability or drawing their social security for their income to please call Garrett Brooks at Corey Kennedy's State Farm Insurance."
